Cleaning Scope
Working Principle
To put it simply, water flushing and high pressure purging work alternately. The high-pressure air in the high-pressure air tank is instantly released. Using the top water of the air, the compressed water is generated to generate potential energy, and the blockage inside the honeycomb carrier is pushed out instantly.
- After being rinsed with circulating water, the bottom of the DPF and the honeycomb net are filled with water.
- The high-pressure gas in the high-pressure air storage tank is instantly released, and the water pressurized by the high-pressure air will instantly push out the hydrogen sulfate and ammonium bicarbonate composite blockage adsorbed inside the honeycomb net.
This process will cycle 3 times (can be set according to the clogging degree of the DPF). This will remove any blockages from the filter. It can effectively achieve 100% cleaning.
